Booking Terms and Conditions

Fees

The fee for this online course covers all written materials and cost of their delivery within the UK. We shall send you a receipt for your booking fee. Joining instructions including the Zoom login will be sent to you a few days before the date of the course.

Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another person. However, you must notify us of the name and email address of the transferee. If we receive notice of transfer before we have sent out the course workbook there will be no charge, provided we have received the transferee’s mailing address in time. However, if we receive notice of transfer after we have sent out the course workbook to you, it will be your responsibility to convey the course workbook to the person concerned.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, we shall refund you 100% of the booking fee, less 10% for expenses, provided you cancel up to 10 days before the date of the course.  If we receive your cancellation within 5-10 days of the date of the course, 50% of your booking fee will be refunded. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made 5 days or less before the date of the course. However, you may transfer your booking to another date, although we cannot guarantee that the course will be run on the date given.

Important Note

The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the speaker, the date or online means of delivery. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, we will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
